Most lamps light for a few seconds when you power the car on. That check is not a fault by itself. This page does not replace the owner’s manual for your model year and market.
What it means
The green OK lamp means the Atto 3 is powered up and ready to drive. It comes on after you press the brake and the power button, with a valid key in the car and the gear in P or N. It is not a fault. In some markets and software versions the same state is shown as READY. The car should not creep until you select D or R. If a collision or a serious system fault shuts the powertrain down, this lamp goes out.
What to do
Wait for OK before you select a gear. Confirm the parking-brake lamp has gone out before you move. If you press the power button and OK never appears, check that the key is inside the cabin and not in the trunk, on the floor, or in a cup holder, and read any key warning on the cluster.

Common questions
- I was looking for a READY lamp. Is OK the same thing?
- On this car the ready-to-drive state is the OK indicator. Some later software or other markets label that same state READY. Either way it means the powertrain will respond once you select a gear.
- OK is on but the car will not move.
- Check that the gear is in D or R, that the charging plug is not connected, and that the parking-brake lamp has gone out. A powertrain or brake warning on the cluster explains a refusal to move.
