Sending a notice
A notice should include your signature, the work you claim is infringed, the URL of the material, your contact details, a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or an authorized agent. The site does not host user uploads. A designated-agent address is not published yet, so notices cannot be accepted by email until an address is listed on this page.
Counter-notices
If material is removed after a notice, a counter-notice should identify the material, state under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification, include contact details, and include the jurisdiction statement required by the DMCA. The same limit applies: there is no published address to receive it yet.
Repeat infringers
The site has no user accounts. If public submissions are added later, accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright will be closed.
